Through the digitizing process, VHS tapes are put in an MPEG
format which can be viewed on any computer. Copies of the
MPEG files are then saved on CDs or DVDs and easily sent
to members of the trial team and relevant experts. Through use
of pre-edited clips, the trial team does not have to worry about the
VCR working or setting the tape in the correct spot. Instead our
trial technicians load the clips into our presentation software and
can display them on screen at any time.

Tip: Take time up front to identify the deponents you are likely
to present or impeach using video depositions. We recommend
you digitize the entire video of the chosen deponents so you can
quickly respond to rulings by the Court or unforeseen
testimony/events at trial.
