Lillian Romano is the President and founder of VisuaLex, LLC,
a consulting firm that specializes in creating strategic visual presentations for litigation. Ms. Romano has over 15 years experience in the litigation support industry and has consulted
on over 500 cases for preeminent law firms around the country including: Dewey Ballantine, Morgan Lewis, Dechert, Orrick,
and McDermott Will & Emery.

Throughout her career Ms. Romano has demonstrated expertise in providing both strategic and technological solutions to problems inherent in communicating complex concepts, as well as displaying large volumes of various types of evidence, to the trier of fact. She has published two articles discussing technology in the courtroom within the past two years, as well as an article discussing the development of visual solutions for patent cases and Markman Hearings.

Prior to the establishment of VisuaLex, Ms. Romano was a
Vice President and Director for FTI Consulting and the Director
of Litigation Sciences’ East Coast Graphics Practice.

Ms. Romano holds a Masters Degree in Applied Research & Evaluation from Hofstra University and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from C.W. Post College.
