Kim Nawyn is a Litigation Graphics Consultant at VisuaLex, LLC. Since 2002, she has worked as a consultant in a broad range
of highly complex civil and criminal litigation throughout the
United States.
Kim draws upon her knowledge of jury decision-making to visually illustrate complex, abstract concepts. Her areas of strength include: antitrust, contracts, insurance, intellectual property and product liability.
Prior to litigation consulting, Kim was a professor in the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Central Connecticut State University. Her courses focused on the American court system, white collar crime and criminological theory. She also worked with the Hindelang Center for Criminal Justice Research and NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services to evaluate community coordination efforts and criminal justice response to intimate violence in New York.
Kim holds a BA in Fine Arts and Law & Society (summa cum laude) and a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice. Her doctoral work is in the Social Sciences. She is currently completing a Masters Degree in Public Administration.
