LITIGATION GRAPHICS CONSULTANT

VisuaLex LLC is a small, but growing, Litigation Support Services Company with a reputation for Excellence. We specialize in providing analytical graphics and trial support services for large scale litigation. Our Litigation Graphics Consultants help attorneys develop persuasive visual presentations for hearings, settlement proceedings and trials. Our clients have come to expect our “zero defects” philosophy and high quality services. We are located in Westchester, NY, about 30 minutes north of Midtown Manhattan.

Primary Responsibilities

–   Read case materials and work with attorneys to identify key case concepts.
–   Collaborate with our team of designers and animators to execute high quality, error-free graphics.
–   Schedule trial technicians and courtroom equipment.  
–   Project management and client interaction.

While we prefer applicants with experience in the field, we are willing to train strong candidates. If you love to learn new things and look forward to the challenge of providing high-end clients with creative solutions to their case problems/issues, this may be the career for you.

This is NOT a graphics design position.

Qualifications:

–   Excellent critical thinking, project management and problem solving skills.
–   Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
–   Ability to work well in a team/collaborative environment.
–   Well-organized, self-starter, able to meet tight deadlines
–   Attention to detail, strong editing and proofing abilities.
–   Graduate degree preferred (e.g., social sciences, law, etc.)
–   Willingness to work frequent overtime/occasional travel. Weekend work during peak periods.
